OUR COMMITMENT TO CLEANLINESS & HYGIENE
Our facility has placed the highest emphasis on the safety and wellbeing of our guests with exacting standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
With the risks associated with COVID 19, and in keeping with WHO guidelines, we have implemented a number of additional measures for the safety of our guests and our team members – some of these steps are:
Training of our staff of the new health and safety protocols and habits as well as wearing protective gear.
All touch points in public areas like door handles, counter tops, table tops, railing, etc are cleaned continuously using a sanitizer/disinfectant. These practices are also in place in guests rooms during the daily housekeeping services.
Protocols are in place for staff in the kitchen, restaurant, to sanitize their hands every time they serve food or touch food related items.
Masks are being worn by all team members at all times.
Restaurant and seating areas have been reconfigured to ensure safe distancing is maintained between guests.
Temperature monitoring readings of guests are taken at the entrance of the facility.
We will continue to closely monitor information published by the Ministry of Health and WHO and advise staff members and guests of any changes to the advice received.
