The Pavilion & H-Bar
Hillburi’s Pavilion and H-Bar areas provide spectacular views for dining. Our restaurant is open to hotel guest as well as non-hotel guests. Exquisite sunsets provide an ideal backdrop to enjoy an afternoon cocktail, romantic dinner or simply sit back, relax and unwind. Our chefs have created an exclusive menu with a small selection of signature dishes. You will find a selection that pleases all palates. Our success lies in the simplicity of our cuisine. All our dishes are lovingly prepared, using only the freshest of ingredients. Hillburi’s restaurant offers both an indoor and outdoor experience. Meals can be savoured inside our Upper Deck Restaurant (opening soon), on the deck of our H-Bar Lounge, or outside at the Pavilion overlooking the infinity pool and lush green hills. Our restaurant is a popular weekend outing for our guests from Accra and all areas, to break away from the city and visit the Aburi area, whilst enjoying the beautiful views of this region.

Margherita Pizza

We have a good selection of vegetarian dishes and this tasty, nutritious curry is made specially with you in mind.

The Hillbreezer
Try our famous signature drink. Whether you’re sipping on a drink whilst by the pool or wanting a beverage to accompany your dinner, this is a perfect drink to enjoy.

We deliver an indulgent steak experience customised for you. Your steak will be prepared to your exact preference, seasoned well and finished with herbed butter.
